There is no cap. You earn 30% recurring commission on every email plan referral and 10% on every Conversations and AI Agent plan referral. The more active customers you refer, the more you earn.
Yes. As long as your referred customer stays on an eligible paid plan, you continue earning commission. There is no expiry date on your commission.
Email is a fully in-house product, which lets us share a higher percentage. Conversations and the AI Agent Add-on involve direct third-party infrastructure costs – including WhatsApp messaging fees and AI processing – which affect the margin available for commission. The 10% rate reflects that reality, and it remains fully recurring and perpetual for the life of the customer
Commissions are paid 60 days after a referral's payment is confirmed. This window lets us account for any refund or cancellation periods and ensures every commission is verified before it reaches you.
Your referral is tracked for 45 days from the moment someone clicks your link. If they sign up within that window, the referral is attributed to you.
Commissions are paid via PayPal. Malaysian affiliates also have the option of direct bank transfer.
No. There is no minimum balance required before your commission is paid out.
Yes. Once approved, you'll get access to ready-to-use banners, images, and promotional materials through your affiliate dashboard.
No. Anyone can apply to join the programme, whether or not you currently use Enginemailer yourself.
Your commission is always tied to your referral's active plan. When they upgrade to a higher tier, your commission increases accordingly. If they downgrade, your commission adjusts to the lower plan. If they cancel, commission for that customer stops.
The AI Agent Add-on ($29/month) lets Enginemailer Conversations customers add an AI-powered agent to handle customer enquiries automatically. It's available on any paid Conversations plan. If your referral subscribes to both a Conversations plan and the AI Agent Add-on, you earn 10% commission on both fees – separately and recurringly.
